1. Access and Eligibility

You may use the Services only where permitted by applicable law. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have reached the age required to enter into a binding transaction in your jurisdiction or are acting with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Nalqorin™ offers home fragrance and related lifestyle products. We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately, including descriptions, materials, dimensions, fragrance notes, colors, photographs, packaging, availability, and other relevant details.

However, minor differences may occur because of screen settings, photography and lighting, natural material variation, manufacturing tolerances, hand-finished surfaces, and packaging updates. Products containing ceramic, wood, glass, stone-inspired textures, or similar decorative materials may show natural variations in shade, grain, or surface appearance. These normal variations do not necessarily indicate a defect. We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary.

3. Orders

When you submit an order through nalqorin.com, you are requesting to purchase the products shown in your cart. Orders may be subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, address verification, fraud-prevention review, and fulfillment availability. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has entered processing. If we are unable to accept or fulfill an order, we may cancel it and notify you using the contact information provided at checkout. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin preparing orders soon after they are submitted. Requests to cancel an order or modify shipping information should be sent within 12 hours after placing the order to service@nalqorin.com (please provide your order number and the requested change).

If fulfillment has already begun or the order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel the order. Where cancellation is no longer available, eligible products may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Prices and Currency

All prices displayed on nalqorin.com are presented in United States Dollars (USD). Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase will normally be the price displayed when the order is submitted and confirmed. Unless specifically stated otherwise, listed product prices may not include shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, government fees, and other destination-specific charges. Amounts collected directly by our store will be shown at checkout where applicable.

7. Promotions and Discounts

Nalqorin™ may offer promotions, discount codes, bundles, or limited-time pricing. Promotional offers may have an expiration date, apply only to selected products, require a minimum purchase, be limited to certain customers or regions, or be subject to separate promotional terms. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot automatically be combined.

Our standard order processing time is 2–4 business days (allowing for order review, preparation, quality checks, and packaging before dispatch). During holidays, promotional campaigns, or unusually high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery transit time.

Our standard shipping charge is $5.99 per order, unless a different shipping rate or promotion is clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, public holidays, local conditions, or other circumstances outside normal fulfillment operations.

13. Fulfillment Locations

Orders may be fulfilled from our own facilities or from selected manufacturing and fulfillment partners depending on product availability, inventory location, delivery destination, and fulfillment capacity. Products within the same order may occasionally ship separately. We do not describe an order as being shipped from a local warehouse unless that description accurately reflects the fulfillment location.

14. Tracking and Delivery Issues

Once an order has shipped, available tracking information will normally be sent to the email address associated with the order. Tracking may take approximately 1–3 business days to begin showing carrier movement after a shipping label is created. If your shipment has not updated for an extended period, appears significantly delayed, appears lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot reasonably be located, please contact service@nalqorin.com. We will review the available shipment information and provide an appropriate next step.

15. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where these amounts are not collected during checkout, they may be assessed separately by local authorities. Nalqorin™ does not determine the amount of government-imposed customs or import charges. Customs clearance may also affect delivery times.

Eligible products may be returned within 180 calendar days after delivery. For preference-based returns, products should generally be unused, in their original condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers must contact us before sending any return at service@nalqorin.com. Approved return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by our customer support team.

17. Return Shipping Costs

For returns based on personal preference or change of mind, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its product description, Nalqorin™ will provide an appropriate refund, replacement, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected (your bank or payment provider may require additional time).
